We spent an afternoon hiking part of Achenbach Canyon Trail  

Sirius...was quite a funny kitten to watch  

We spent the night at the Animal Kingdom resort, where we could watch the animals roam on the property, from our balcony.  

...and enjoyed checking out the safari animals as well as the ones at the petting zoo  

We rode some great rides...  

Then we went to Disney's Animal Kingdom!  

...and we enjoyed walking around Amelia Island and playing putt-putt golf at the resort.

Dad and Cate kayaked on the Atlantic...  

We enjoyed a delicious meal at Salt, in the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island  

...and to celebrate Cate's 16th birthday!  

We took a trip to Florida, to visit Nana and Pops...
